Self Defense for Women

 

Self defense is for everyone, no matter what your age! Come learn to become aware of your surroundings and get safety tips that can keep you out of danger. Gain higher confi dence and an awareness of yourself, your surroundings, and other people. Taught by Joshua Ryer, owner and professional instructor at Ryer Martial Arts Academy, this class will be held at Rodef Shalom. Cost is $12/ Rodef Sisterhood members and $15/non-Sisterhood members with pre-paid registration by February 10. At the door cost is $15/Rodef Sisterhood members and $18/non-Sisterhood members.
